We encourage you to add a link to infoTRACE to your website as soon as possible.  This will give your clients a quick and easy way to access your case information.  By including the Desktop Active-Icon on your site you create a seamless link between your home page and the customized infoTRACE site

Add a link to infoTRACE on your website

Oronova has provided the technical code that will allow for the integration of the infoTRACE icon on your website.  Please forward this information to your web development team.  This should enable them to snap-in your infoTRACE icon.

Introduce your clients to infoTRACE

After you have integrated the icon, you can introduce the new system by contacting adjusters and instructing them to visit your website and click infoTRACE.  In advance, we recommend creating company profiles and user accounts for the companies you plan to contact.  This way, you can provide your clients their very own login and password credentials the first time you take them through the new system.  Refer to the ‘Administration’ section of the user manual if you require assistance setting up companies or users.

Add a link to your client’s desktop

After you have guided your client through the system, encourage them to use the ‘Add to Desktop’ link within the application to incorporate the infoTRACE icon on their Windows desktop.  This will provide your clients with a more direct alternative to accessing infoTRACE.
